Les Eyriaux is a 300 year old many roomed cottage style house
with attached converted barn, in a hamlet near Sainte Foy la
Grande on the edge of the Gironde. It has a beautiful south
facing courtyard garden with vines growing on the walls. There
are additional well stocked flower gardens to the side and rear and
a vegetable patch.
It borders the departments of the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne.
The house is surrounded by vineyards and magnificent oak and
chestnut forests. The area abounds with medieval villages and
castles and is within easy driving distance of the main wine and
tourist sites of the Gironde and Dordogne.
Access is easy via plane to Bergerac and Bordeaux and train to Ste
Foy la Grande. The channel is about 300 miles drive to the near-
est ferry ports.
